Amplifiers are not intended to be used on the 11 meter band, Doing so is a violation of FCC rules and regulations!!!

Units are repaired in the order they are received.  Units are repaired as quickly as possible but there is really no such thing as 24 hour repair service turnaround.  Quality repair work takes time to do right and make the repairs last. Turnaround times vary with repair load so expect between 7-14 working days on average or 2 to 4 weeks during peak periods. Special part orders can delay a unit repair.

R&R ELECTRONICS will not be responsible or liable for labor performed by any one other than R&R ELECTRONICS, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.  Failure of a part due to misuse, or failure of related parts is not covered by warranty and is not the liability of R&R ELECTRONICS. We consider all sales final unless the product is either: (1) Defective (2) Other than ordered.

A part, which has been disassembled, drilled, welded, cut, painted, tampered or modified in any way, voids the warranty.  Installation, disassembly or modification done by a third party on behalf of a customer is not an exception to our policy.  The purchaser has full responsibility for the condition of the part. R&R ELECTRONICS is not responsible for any shipping damages.

We are not responsible for typographical errors!  We assume that each customer knows and understands the laws of the country in which they reside.  We also assume that persons buying the equipment we sell are licensed for the bands on which they operate the equipment.

Your information is never, sold, or given to any other business, person, organization, however we must follow all local, state, and federal laws.  We never misuse any information given to us.  When you purchase from us your information is used to make sure you get the products you ordered.
